Iosis appoints CEO

Posted on August 31, 2015 by Iosis

The Iosis Board has appointed Tunumafono Tracey-Leigh Peters as Iosis’s new CEO, effective 1 September 2015.

Ms Peters has been Acting CEO for the past 10 months, following the departure of Founding CEO, Ruby Duncan last year.

“In that time Tracey-Leigh has demonstrated competence, courage and wisdom. We believe she has the personal attributes and high level competencies that equip her well to lead the organisation into the future,” says Iosis Board Chair, Peter Browning.

Ms Peters began at Iosis in November 2008 as Executive Administrator. She became Operations Manager at the beginning of 2013, a role she still held during her time as Acting CEO.

A lifelong South Aucklander, Ms Peters is of Pakeha and Samoan heritage. Tunumafono is a matai (chiefly) title she inherited through her maternal line.
