'Strengthening Families' Process

"Strengthening Families" is a facilitated process for achieving a coordinated plan for any family when there are two or more agencies or workers involved. The aim is to create a plan that is suitable for the family that incorporates a cooperative approach from all family members and professionals involved.

The process is family directed so that the goals of the family can be achieved.

Referrals can be made by any family or agency and there is no cost.

We are committed to providing a set of practical support and learning processes to encourage, educate and come alongside families who are struggling to change habits of violence, addiction and offending to help them create a safe and secure environment for the children.
