To make a complaint
If you feel an Iosis client’s rights have been breached, or you wish to make a complaint or express concern about any aspect of Iosis’s service, our staff’s professional ethics or standards of practice, a particular situation, or the way Iosis business is conducted, please phone our office or email us at complaints@iosis.org.nz. If there is no resolution of this complaint / expression of concern within 72 hours of the complaint being received, a formal complaint process will be followed.
